RETURN POLICY

  1. RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY
    At athreya, we believe in satisfying our customer first. If there is any problem with the order after receiving,such as fabric defect, product defect or wrong product received you can email us at support@athreyablouses.com WITHIN 7 days of delivery and we would reply back to you at the earliest.


    We request you to return the item with the original packaging along with blouse tag and invoice copy.
    Please note that we are not obligated to take any return (without valid reason) or provide refund or any replacement of the same product. we have the right to deal with such cases in a manner deemed appropriate by us.
    Please ensure that the product reach us no later than 7 days from the date of delivery received. After which it will not be considered for refund.
    PARTIAL REFUND
    In case of multiple products order, if we are not able to provide any product due to unavailability of it, you will be asked to select an alternate product against it and we will refund you the price difference or provide you with a partial refund for unavailable product.

    CANCELLATION POLICY
    Once an order is created, and if you wish to cancel it for any reason before the dispatch, you can always drop a mail with the cancellation request within 24 hours of placing the order and the needful would be done.
    However, once the product has been dispatched or delivered, the order technically cannot be cancelled but can be returned with the help of above-mentioned policy.
    REFUNDS WILL ONLY BE DONE IN THE FOLLOWING CASES :
    Genuine sizing issues, only for unused garments with tags. Please review our size guides carefully before making your purchase.
    Genuine quality issues.
    Packages lost in transit when delivery is made by us.
    In case ATHREYA discovers any mispricing in its online catalogue and the price charged to you is higher than the actual online price at the time of purchase.
    In case athreya discovers that a wrong item has been shipped to you.
    NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN IN THE FOLLOWING CASES :
    In case of print variation and colour variations. Since our products are handloom products there will always be some variation between products.
    Incorrect or outdated delivery address.
    Incorrect address format including any form of a PO Box address.
    After 3 failed delivery attempts by the courier.
    Package refused by recipient.
    Products returned in a used/worn or damaged condition.
    Note : Refunds will only be made after we have received and assessed the returned shipment except if the package has been lost in transit.
