RETURN POLICY

RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY
  • At athreya, we believe in satisfying our customer first. If there is any problem with the order after receiving like fabric defect, product defect or wrong product received you can email us at support@athreyablouses.com WITHIN 7 days of delivery and we would reply back to you at the earliest.
  • On receiving that, we would try and contact you via telephonic conversation and try to solve the error there itself and if it is not solved then we would consider taking the return of the product.
  • A proper receipt has to be provided along with the product which is sent back to us and refund for the same would be processed from our end if everything is shared correctly and the product is received in the right condition.
  • Please ensure that the returned merchandize is unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged and is in a saleable condition
  • We request you to maintain the original packaging of the items to be returned, including intact athreya blouses tags, invoice copy.
  • It should also be noted that we are not tied up/obligated to taking any return (without valid reason) or refund or any replacement and we have the right to deal with such cases in a manner deemed appropriate by us.
  • Please ensure that the product reach us no later than 15 days from the date of delivery received. After which it will not be considered for refund.
PARTIAL REFUND
  • In case of multiple products order, if we are not able to provide any product due to unavailability of it, you will be asked to select an alternate product against it and can refund you the difference if any.
  • If this does not work we would consider refunding the price of the unavailable product back.
CANCELLATION POLICY
  • Once an order is created, and if you wish to cancel it for any reason before the delivery, you can always drop a mail with the cancellation request and the needful would be done.
  • However, once the product has been dispatched or delivered, the order technically cannot be cancelled but can be returned with the help of above-mentioned policy.
REFUNDS WILL ONLY BE DONE IN THE FOLLOWING CASES :
  • Genuine sizing issues, only for unused garments with tags. Please review our size guides carefully before making your purchase.
  • Genuine quality issues.
  • Packages lost in transit when delivery is made by us.
  • In case ATHREYA discovers any mispricing in its online catalogue and the price charged to you is higher than the actual online price at the time of purchase.
  • In case athreya discovers that a wrong item has been shipped to you.
NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN IN THE FOLLOWING CASES :
  • In case of minor design and minor colour variations. With handloom products there will always be some variation between products.
  • Incorrect or outdated delivery address.
  • Incorrect address format including any form of a PO Box address.
  • After 3 failed delivery attempts by the courier.
  • Package refused by recipient.
  • Products returned in a used/worn or damaged condition.
Note : Refunds will only be made after we have received the returned shipment except if the package has been lost in transit.
